Annelise Bucher
I found yoga when I was in need of balancing my life as a professional dancer. Throughout the past 5 years I deepened my practice and discovered that yoga is much more than a physical practice. Yoga sits in my life as a tool for balance, reflection and connection - and that is what I am passionate about sharing. My classes include a strong physical practice as well as offerings of meditation, journaling/reflection and community building/connection. I am certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Breathwork/Pranayama, and Prenatal Yoga.
